Revive is an independent community project that provides free, practical, and integrated support to refugees and people seeking asylum. Board of Trustees Mission Statement
  • We will dedicate ourselves to supporting Revive in delivering the charity's aims within a trust, respect, and shared values framework.

The Board of Trustees share ultimate responsibility for governing Revive CIO, directing how it is managed and run, and providing widespread involvement in issues affecting the service. It aims to support the conduct of the project, driving high standards and the delivery of continuous improvement in all aspects of the project’s performance. The board members fulfill their responsibilities by focusing on three core strategic functions: Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos, and strategic direction.
  • Holding the finance and advisory committee and the manager accountable for the service delivery and performance of the project and its service users and the staff performance management.
  • Overseeing the financial performance of the project and making sure its money is well spent.
At Revive, we have a committed  very active,and  diverse board, including experts by experience (EBE) from all walks of life who give their time freely and voluntarily.
