engineering. With a degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s in Structural Engineering, she
excels in both the creative and technical aspects of her field. Beyond her professional
achievements, she is a passionate advocate for women in STEM, working tirelessly to break
down barriers and promote inclusivity.
Her advocacy extends through active participation in Women in STEM initiatives and the
Graduate Engineering Programme. Natalie-Claire’s dedication to mentorship and gender
equality is shaping a more inclusive environment for women in male-dominated fields. She
guides women to develop crucial skills and navigate industry biases, championing a future
where all can thrive.

Natalie-Claire has faced gender-related biases in her career but remains steadfast in her
